Over a decade ago, Shannon Hay began working exclusively in SBA lending for accounting firms. One deal at a time and one relationship at a time, he built something rare: a true specialty within a highly specific niche. From firm acquisitions and partner buyouts to succession planning and debt refinancing, Shannon gained firsthand experience that no textbook could teach, understanding how accounting firms are valued, how deals are structured, and what it really takes to get transactions across the finish line.

More than 500 transactions later, that expertise had grown into a nationwide network of over 6,000 CPA relationships. But along the way, something bigger became clear.
